Orders are packed with care and shipped promptly so your research materials arrive securely and ready for laboratory use.
Processing times
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM local time on business days ship within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received and another when it ships.
Shipping methods
- Standard: 3–5 business days after shipment
- Expedited: 2 business days after shipment
- Priority overnight: Next business day (selected regions)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected method. Tracking information is provided for all domestic shipments.
Packaging
Research peptides are packaged to protect product integrity during transit. Temperature-sensitive items may include cold-pack handling when required by product guidelines.
International orders
Select international destinations may be available. Customers are responsible for compliance with local import regulations. Duties, taxes, and customs delays are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery issues
If a package appears damaged, delayed, or incomplete, contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos when applicable. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
